 Following your visit to this bustling market, your journey takes you down La Rambla to our test kitchen and dining room tasting grounds. After sharing with you how to prepare a Traditional Spanish Sangria, picture yourself sipping on a glass and indulging in a medley of fresh seasonal tapas that transport you to the heart of España itself.

Next, the stage is set for the main act – a hands-on paella cooking class. With our chef as your guide, you'll uncover the age-old secrets of crafting the perfect paella. Important Notes

Know before you go

• The La Boqueria Market visit is an integral part of our culinary class experience. However, please note that the market is closed on Sundays, public holidays, and during the 21:15 class. As a result, the visit is excluded on these days
• We offer options for Vegetarian or Chicken Paella to cater to various dietary preferences. Since everything is freshly prepared, our chef will inquire about dietary needs at the beginning of the session. There's no need to contact us in advance.
• We don't want you to miss out on any important information or the market visit, at the start of the class. Please give yourself a few extra minutes to arrive early. If you are late, you can meet us at the kitchen about 40 minutes after the class starts, or feel free to wait for us there (just press the doorbell above the mailbox).
• Light walking is required before, during, and after the market.
• The class running time is between 2.5 to 3 hours
